Shipping



For your peace of mind all our new and pre-owned watches include complementary insured shipping Australia wide. 

We know you want that watch on your wrist asap. 

We use DHL, which is an overnight service with a tracking number, to most metro areas - and 2-3 days if you live elsewhere. 

For accessories under $1,000 we use Australia Post, which is also a tracked service. 

And while we do our best to ship promptly, some watches do take longer to source. Check the availability status just under the product’s price for an idea of delivery timeframe, so you are not disappointed.*

If you need your watch for a special occassion or by a certain date, by all means get in touch before placing your order - we'll do our best to accommodate you. 

We don't recommend shipping to PO Boxes as there can be delays with deliveries - so get in touch if you have to use this method. 

For insurance purposes an adult signature is required for receipt of all packages. 

International buyers

We welcome international buyers. International orders are also subject to customs and duties fees, and these are your responsibility. Please contact the customs authorities in your country to find out what applies where you live. Any items sent to any address outside Australia are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.

Zaeger Pty Ltd takes pride in its large range of Luxury Watches. If your purchased item is currently in stock, we will ship the item within 1 to 2 business days after the order is verified. You will be notified of the shipment by email or phone.

Under certain circumstances, due to the volume of orders we receive, or due to an item sold in one of our showrooms, an item may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you by email or phone in a timely fashion to provide you the desired watch within a pre-determined, estimated time frame, if we can source it, or help you find another similar item that is available. If you have already been charged, but the item is no longer in stock, please be assured that we will refund the full amount charged. Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original payment.
